Action Required from Quicken Users

We are upgrading our mobile and online banking system. This update requires Quicken users to make changes to your QuickBooks or Quicken software.

Please follow the instructions below to ensure a smooth transition.

1: Action Needed no later than Friday, September 30, 2022

Complete data file backup and a final transaction download by this date.

2: Action Needed after Tuesday, October 4, 2022

Follow specific update instructions below to ensure your current Quicken or QuickBooks accounts are set up with the new connection.

*Please note: Express Web Connect may not be available until approximately Saturday, October 8, 2022. Please utilize another connectivity type if you need transaction updates during this transition period.
